Real Madrid are reportedly willing to allow Tottenham Hotspur to sign Gareth Bale on a permanent basis this summer.

However, according to The Express, Real are allegedly prepared to negotiate terms in order to get the forward off their wage bill.
Los Blancos are expected to prioritise a move for Paris Saint-Germain's Kylian Mbappe later in 2021, resulting in the need to recoup funds from elsewhere.
Bale's contract at the Bernabeu is due to expire in 2022.
