Pochettino 'in regular contact with Tottenham's Hugo Lloris amid PSG links'

Paris Saint-Germain manager Mauricio Pochettino reportedly wants to bring Tottenham Hotspur's Hugo Lloris to the Parc des Princes in the summer.

Paris Saint-Germain manager Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly remaining in close contact with Tottenham Hotspur's Hugo Lloris amid speculation surrounding a move to the French capital.

The France international remains Jose Mourinho's number one at the age of 34, but he now has less than 18 months left to run on his deal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

While Lloris and Mourinho are understood to enjoy a good relationship, the bond shared between Pochettino and the goalkeeper at Tottenham was allegedly a lot stronger, and the two remain in close contact.

According to Football Insider, PSG could look to use the pair's relationship to their advantage and attempt to swoop for Lloris in the summer, with Pochettino desperate to reunite with his former number one.

The PSG manager's pursuit of another Tottenham man in Dele Alli is well-documented, but he has supposedly turned his attention to Lloris for the time being, with Pochettino's current first-choice Keylor Navas struggling with injuries this term.

Lloris has kept seven clean sheets in 22 Premier League outings for Tottenham this season, and he has amassed 120 shut-outs from 353 appearances in all competitions since arriving in 2012.
