Scott Parker completes Tottenham Hotspur switch

Tottenham Hotspur have finalised the signing of West Ham United midfielder Scott Parker.

The two London clubs have been in discussions over the transfer for a number of days and the pair have now agreed a fee.

Parker yesterday submitted a transfer request which the Hammers accepted as Spurs manager Harry Redknapp revealed that a deal was nearing completion.

The 30-year-old is currently with the England squad that are preparing to take on Bulgaria this coming Friday and Wales next Tuesday.
