Real Madrid are reportedly prepared to offer £30m and Nuri Sahin to Tottenham Hotspur in an attempt to sign Luka Modric.

Real Madrid have reportedly prepared a £30m bid for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Luka Modric.

Modric has been heavily linked with a move away from White Hart Lane this summer and has hinted that he would be interested in a transfer.

The Daily Mail claims that Jose Mourinho's team would be willing to offer Turkish midfielder Nuri Sahin as well as cash for the Croatian international.

Sahin failed to make an impact for the Spanish champions last season and could be tempted with a move to the Premier League.

Spurs could also be about to announce the signing of Gylfi Sigurdsson from Hoffenheim.
