Romelu Lukaku's agent reveals Tottenham Hotspur talks

Lukaku's agent holds Spurs talks

Romelu Lukaku's agent Christophe Henrotay has revealed that talks have been held with Tottenham Hotspur over a possible move for the Chelsea striker.

The long-term future of the Belgian forward, who is currently on a season-long loan at Everton, remains uncertain due to Jose Mourinho's plans to bring a new striker to Stamford Bridge in the summer.

Reports have claimed that Chelsea are open to offloading Lukaku to Spurs, but the player's agent has insisted that nothing is concrete, despite already having spoken to Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy.

"I'm looking for a club for Romelu," Henrotay told Het Nieuwsblad. "Yes, I've talked to Daniel Levy once, but that doesn't mean Romelu will definitely join Spurs. That's not a talking point at this moment.

"There aren't 20 teams that can afford to buy Romelu. He won't go from Everton to, let's say, Swansea."

Lukaku has scored 13 goals in all competitions for Everton so far this season.
