Giovani dos Santos tells Tottenham to sell him this summer or he will walk away next year for free.

Out-of-favour Tottenham Hotspur winger Giovani dos Santos has reportedly told the club to sell him this summer or he will walk away next year on a Bosman free transfer.

The Mexican recently made it clear he would like to return to Spain, and has now made his desperation clear the the Spurs board, who may want to receive a fee for Dos Santos rather than lose him on a free.

"I'll either leave the club this summer, or I'll sign for another club for free in six months' time," Dos Santos told Medio Tiempo.

"I am very calm. I have a contract with Tottenham and I don't know what will happen. I might leave the club. I'm at a good team, but I want to play."

Dos Santos has started just two league games for Spurs since signing for the club in 2008.
