Tottenham Hotspur team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Leicester City

Tottenham injury, suspension list vs. Leicester

Tottenham Hotspur will aim to temporarily rise back into the top four of the Premier League table when Leicester City travel to North London on Sunday afternoon.

Antonio Conte's side have seen their Champions League hopes take two blows in recent weeks, with a 1-0 loss to Brighton & Hove Albion preceding a goalless stalemate away to Brentford.

The Lilywhites now find themselves two points adrift of fourth-placed Arsenal but could leapfrog their North London counterparts for at least a couple of hours with all three points here.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Tottenham's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the clash with the Foxes.

Japhet Tanganga

Status: Out Type of injury: Knee Possible return date: Unknown

Japhet Tanganga continues to recover from a knee operation he underwent back in March and is one of three Spurs players who will not play again this season.

Oliver Skipp

Status: Out Type of injury: Groin Possible return date: Unknown

Having struggled with a groin injury and subsequent infection since January, Oliver Skipp recently underwent surgery in America to treat the issue and will also miss the remainder of the campaign.

Matt Doherty

Status: Out Type of injury: Knee Possible return date: Unknown

Right-back Matt Doherty suffered a serious knee injury in the win over Aston Villa earlier in March and is keeping Skipp and Tanganga company in the treatment room for the long-term.

Sergio Reguilon

Status: Out Type of injury: Groin Possible return date: Unknown

Conte revealed in his pre-match press conference that Sergio Reguilon would also miss out against Leicester owing to groin pain, and it is unclear when the left-back will be available again.

TOTTENHAM'S SUSPENSION LIST

Tottenham have no players suspended for this match.
