Team News: Harry Kane returns for Tottenham Hotspur as they welcome Swansea City

Harry Kane returns for Spurs

Tottenham Hotspur have welcomed Harry Kane back into their starting lineup for the visit of Swansea City at White Hart Lane.

The England international was forced to sit out the duration of Spurs' Europa League victory over Fiorentina on Thursday evening with a facial injury, but he will wear a mask to see him through today's clash in North London.

Mauricio Pochettino's side can keep the pressure on current leaders Leicester City with a victory on home soil this afternoon, and they have made just the one change from their last league outing.

Erik Lamela comes in for Mousa Dembele, who misses out on the matchday squad altogether through a groin injury picked up last week.

Swansea also make just the one alteration from their last outing against Southampton over a fortnight ago, as Ki Sung-Yueng comes in for Wayne Routledge in midfield.

There is also a starting spot for Gylfi Sigurdsson, a player looking to make it three goals in three outings against his former side this afternoon.

Tottenham have never previously lost a Premier League match against Swansea in nine meetings between the two teams.

Tottenham Hotspur: Lloris; Walker, Alderweireld, Wimmer, Rose; Alli, Dier; Lamela, Eriksen, Son; Kane Subs: Vorm, Davies, Trippier, Bentaleb, Chadli, Mason, Onomah

Swansea City: Fabianski; Rangel, Fernandez, Williams, Taylor; Britton, Cork; Ki, Sigurdsson, Ayew; Paloschi Subs: Nordfeldt, Naughton, Amat, Fer, Routledge, Barrow, Gomis
