Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Crystal Palace could line up for Sunday's Premier League London derby with Tottenham Hotspur.

Crystal Palace head coach Oliver Glasner has ruled Adam Wharton out of Sunday's Premier League London derby away to Tottenham Hotspur.

The England international twisted his ankle in Monday's 1-1 stalemate with Nottingham Forest, and the Eagles are instead working to have him fit and firing for next weekend's FA Cup final with Manchester City.

Wharton is one of three infirm Palace players watching on from the sidelines alongside Chadi Riad and Cheick Doucoure (both knee), but the Eagles are otherwise well-stocked for the showdown with the Lilywhites.

Wharton's absence should open the door for Will Hughes to return to the two-man midfield alongside Daichi Kamada, who is all of a sudden now back in favour with his manager.

Daniel Munoz and Tyrick Mitchell should flank the duo as per usual, while Eberechi Eze is bidding to score in three successive league matches at any level for the first time in his career.

Supporting Eze in that personal mission will be the familiar Ismaila Sarr and Jean-Philippe Mateta, who struck the only goal when Palace triumphed 1-0 over Spurs at Selhurst Park in October.

At the other end of the pitch, Marc Guehi, Maxence Lacroix and Chris Richards should form the recognisable barrier in front of Dean Henderson, whose deputy Matt Turner will also return after being ineligible to face parent club Forest.

Crystal Palace possible starting lineup:
Henderson; Richards, Lacroix, Guehi; Munoz, Hughes, Kamada, Mitchell; Eze, Sarr; Mateta
