Roberto Soldado expects Tottenham Hotspur improvement

Tottenham Hotspur striker Roberto Soldado believes that the team can improve on their current form.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Roberto Soldado has insisted that the team can improve on their early-season form.

The club-record signing from Valencia has scored winning goals in both of Spurs' opening two matches in the Premier League.

"The first few games I think are the hardest of the season and we have played well, but we can still improve a lot," Soldado told The Telegraph. "I think this is quite a strong squad and a competitive team and that can only be a good thing for us."

Tottenham host Dinamo Tbilisi in the second round of their Europa League qualifier on Thursday having earned a 5-0 win in the first leg.
