Danny Rose still a doubt for West Ham United clash

Andre Villas-Boas says that Danny Rose is likely to miss Sunday's match against West Ham United.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas has said that Danny Rose is still struggling to be fit in time for Sunday's match against West Ham United.

The 23-year-old was expected to return to the team in last week's clash with Chelsea.

However, the Portuguese coach said that he still has concerns over his fitness, while Aaron Lennon will definitely be out until after the two-week international break.

"Danny Rose is a 50-50 chance for West Ham," the 35-year-old told reporters. "Definitely yes after the international break, but probably not ready for West Ham.

"Aaron was back training with the team on Monday. He will be regaining his fitness with the team and we look to have him back in contention for a first-team place after the international break."

Etienne Capoue will also be out until after the international break.
