Andre Villas-Boas: 'Tottenham Hotspur given tough start'

Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas has insisted that his side have been given a tough start to the new Premier League season.

Spurs will begin their campaign with a trip to local rivals Crystal Palace on August 17.

"Selhurst Park is always a difficult stadium to go to, it's a London derby and a tough start," Villas-Boas told the club's official website.
