Tottenham Hotspur new boy Dele Alli wins League One Player of the Month

Tottenham Hotspur's latest signing Dele Alli has been crowned League One Player of the Month for his January performances in an MK Dons shirt.

The 18-year-old, who completed a loan-back move to Spurs on transfer deadline day, netted two goals, including a late equaliser at Crawley Town, last month.

Alli beat off competition from Doncaster Rovers' Andy Butler, Tom Eastman of Colchester United and Scunthorpe United's Tom Hopper.

It is a January double for Dons as Karl Robinson has claimed the manager's gong.
