Seven changes for Spurs ahead of derby

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has made seven changes to his starting XI ahead of Wednesday night's EFL Cup fourth-round tie against West Ham United.

Skipper Hugo Lloris, Davinson Sanchez, Jan Vertonghen, Christian Eriksen, Harry Winks, Serge Aurier and Harry Kane are all rested for the game at Wembley Stadium.

Michel Vorm, Juan Foyth, Ben Davies, Danny Rose, Eric Dier, Moussa Sissoko and Fernando Llorente have been drafted in and will get the chance to impress against the Hammers from the off.

West Ham boss Slaven Bilic has been boosted by the return of captain Mark Noble, who has not featured in their last two matches.

The Croat has made nine changes, with Manuel Lanzini and Cheikhou Kouyate the only players to retain their places following Friday's 3-0 humbling by Brighton & Hove Albion.
