Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino reveals that midfielder Mousa Dembele picked up a foot injury during the 1-0 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has revealed that Mousa Dembele picked up a foot injury during his side's Premier League clash with Manchester United this afternoon.

Dembele was forced off in the 67th minute of his side's 1-0 defeat at Old Trafford, being replaced by Harry Winks.

The Belgian is now a doubt for the upcoming matches against Hull City and Burnley, although the severity of the injury is still unknown.

"We don't know now. We need to assess him. He received a kick to his foot, but we don't know. We will see tomorrow," Pochettino told reporters.

Dembele's season has already been disrupted by suspension and injury, limiting him to just eight Premier League starts so far.
