Andre Villas-Boas praises "decisive" Hugo Lloris

Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas has praised goalkeeper Hugo Lloris following Thursday's goalless draw with Lazio in the Europa League.

The French shotstopper was called upon a number of times at the Stadio Olimpico as Spurs came away from Italy with a point.

"It was important for him and he was a great help for the team," said Villas-Boas.

"He was decisive in a couple of moments."

Tottenham only have to draw at home to Panathinaikos in their final group game on December 6 to secure their place in the last 32 of the competition.
