Spain Under-19s win European Championship crown

Spain's Under-19s have emulated their senior counterparts by being crowned European champions following a 1-0 win over Greece in Tallin, Estonia.

The only goal of the game came with 10 minutes to play thanks to Jese Rodriguez.

Rodriguez's strike saw the Real Madrid youngster claim the Golden Boot for the tournament with five goals.

Spain won the title in 2011 with a 3-2 victory over the Czech Republic after extra time.
