"Ryan's arrival completes what has been an extremely busy 48 hours in terms of signings for the football club," said head coach Matt Taylor.

"He had an excellent loan at Crewe last season and will add competition to our midfield area.

"Physically, technically and tactically he fits the profile we want in our players. He is also very strong and has an excellent work ethic.

"We know this takes our total loans up to six. However, with Elliott Thorpe being unavailable until mid to late October, we felt the chance to sign Ryan was too big an opportunity to miss."
