Sevilla complete Adil Rami signing from AC Milan

Sevilla have completed the signing of French defender Adil Rami from AC Milan.

The 28-year-old has spent the past 18 months at the Rossoneri, but he will now link up with his former Valencia manager Unai Emery at the Europa League holders.

"I'm arriving at a great club with the best coach in the world, I couldn't be happier," Rami told reporters.

"For me coming here of course it was important that Emery was here. Sevilla is a great club and a great family and that is why I am here.

"The whole world has seen that Sevilla is a big family with heart and passion, I also have heart and passion like Sevilla."

Rami has made 26 appearances for the French national side.
