Arsenal enter Geoffrey Kodogbia race?

Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Sevilla midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia.

The Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is in the transfer market for a defensive midfielder and Kondogbia fits the bill, according to Sky Sports News.

The 20-year-old is believed to have attracted the attention of a host of top clubs across Europe, including Manchester United, Chelsea and Real Madrid.

However, Arsenal believe that they can take advantage of Sevilla's financial problems to wrap up a quick deal for the player.
