Agard turns down Rotherham extension

Rotherham United forward Kieran Agard has turned down a contract extension from the Championship club.

The 24-year-old, who scored 21 goals last season, has one year remaining on his current deal at the New York Stadium.

"We can confirm that Kieran has rejected Rotherham's offer of a contract extension," Agard's agent Lee Payne told Sky Sports News.

Agard joined Rotherham from Yeovil Town in 2012.
