Roma's Kevin Strootman: 'I can still improve'

Kevin Strootman has insisted that he will continue to improve despite a fine start to his career with Serie A leaders Roma.

The 23-year-old, who moved to the Italian side from PSV Eindhoven in the summer, has impressed during the early part of the season.

"I've only been at Roma for a short time, there is still so much more to prove. I'm clearly satisfied with what I have done, but I could have done even better," he told reporters at a press conference.

Roma currently sit top of Serie A, having won all seven of their league fixtures thus far.
