Manchester United target Erling Braut Haaland 'wants future sorted by Christmas'

Haaland 'wants future sorted by Christmas'

Red Bull Salzburg forward Erling Braut Haaland is reportedly keen for his future to be resolved by Christmas.

A wide range of teams are attempting to sign the 19-year-old, who has starred for Salzburg in the Champions League this season.

As it stands, it appears that Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig are the frontrunners for the Norway international's signature.

According to Bild, Haaland wants to know where he will be starting 2020 within the next week.

While the clubs in contention are likely to have no issue with meeting a £17m release clause, the youngster's stance should lead to negotiations reaching an advanced stage sooner rather than later.

Haaland has already scored 24 goals in all competitions during the current campaign.
