Real Valladolid have moved five points clear of the La Liga relegation zone courtesy of a narrow win over Granada.

Manucho scored the only goal of the game on 63 minutes. The Angola forward latched onto Oscar's through ball, before firing low into the bottom right corner from 10 yards.

Valladolid could have won by a wider margin, but Patrick Ebert, Alberto Bueno and Manucho all spurned good chances.

Granada, who sit precariously in 17th position, have now lost six of their last seven matches in all competitions.
