David Moyes arrives in Spain

New Real Sociedad head coach David Moyes has arrived in San Sebastian to start work.

It was confirmed late on Monday evening that the Scot had agreed an 18-month contract with the La Liga club, who currently occupy 15th spot in the standings.

There had been no official word as to when the 51-year-old would land in Spain, but Sociedad have now revealed via their Twitter account that Moyes reported for duty this afternoon.

It is expected that Moyes, who has been out of work since he was sacked by Manchester United in April, will take his first training session tomorrow morning, before being unveiled to the media.
