Real Madrid step up Ante Coric pursuit?

Real Madrid have reportedly ramped up their interest in Dinamo Zagreb midfielder Ante Coric.

It is believed that scouts from the Bernabeu-based outfit have been sent to watch the 18-year-old in action on numerous occasions this season.

Having been suitably impressed by his performances, Madrid are now tempted to make a bid for his signature next month, according to AS.

The report adds that Coric, who is contracted to Dinamo until 2020, is valued at £10m.

His playing style has been likened to current Madrid midfielder and fellow Croatian Luka Modric.
