Madrid 'unwilling to lose Diaz on permanent basis'

Real Madrid reportedly have no intention of selling Brahim Diaz to AC Milan on a permanent deal.

The 21-year-old has featured 21 times for Milan in all competitions since joining on loan from Madrid in September.

Diaz has impressed with four goals and two assists, leading to speculation that the Serie A leaders would attempt to sign him permanently either this month or in the summer.

However, Le 10 Sport reports that the Spain Under-21s international will return to the Bernabeu at the end of the campaign and will have a chance to earn a first-team spot under Zinedine Zidane.

Diaz set up Rafael Leao in Milan's 2-0 win over Torino at the weekend - a win that moved the Rossoneri three points clear at the Serie A summit.
