Karim Benzema agent responds to Arsenal rumours

The agent of Karim Benzema has claimed that he is "1,000%" sure that the striker and reported Arsenal target is staying at Real Madrid this summer.

The French hitman, 27, has been linked with a big-money move to North London as Arsene Wenger looks to bolster his striking options for the forthcoming season.

Speculation is rife that the former Lyon starlet is interested in joining the Gunners, but his representative Karim Djaziri is certain that a Bernabeu stay is on the cards.

"Karim is very happy at Real Madrid and he will be a Real Madrid player by the end of this transfer window, 1,000%," he told Sky Sports News. "Karim is not looking to move anywhere this summer."

Benzema, whose contract expires in 2019, netted 21 times in all competitions last term.
