Adama Traore 'open to Real Madrid, Barcelona moves'

Wolverhampton Wanderers attacker Adama Traore has revealed that he would be open to a future move to Real Madrid despite previously representing Barcelona.

The 24-year-old is believed to be on the radar of both Madrid and Barca, having scored five times and provided 10 assists in 37 appearances for his Premier League club this season.

The Spaniard has said that he is open to returning to Camp Nou at some point in the future but has also talked up a switch to the Bernabeu.

"It wouldn't be a problem for me. I don't close the door to anything. Right now I am very happy here, the operation of the team is fantastic. But both Madrid and Barca will arrive when they have to arrive," Traore told La Vanguardia.

"I have no resentment for what happened (leaving Barca). It would not make sense. Certain decisions of certain people do not mean that I have a problem with the club. But when deciding my future I have no problem going to Madrid. It will be based on the decisions I make with my family."

Traore represented the Spanish champions between 2004 and 2015 but only made four first-team appearances for the club before joining Aston Villa.
