Javier Acuna confirms English offers

Real Madrid forward Javier Acuna has claimed that he has had offers to move to England this summer.

The 24-year-old, who is currently on loan at Girona, is contracted to Madrid's Castilla outfit, but has been widely linked with a move in recent months.

Despite the South American refusing to identify the sides interested, it is widely thought that Middlesbrough and Crystal Palace are both in the picture.

"There are several team who are following me," he told 3DFutgol.

"They are not just in Spain, I have offers from England too and I am very happy with everything that is happening. God willing in a week or two, we'll know where I will sign."

Acuna has spent the last two seasons on loan at Girona.
