Team News: Gareth Bale on bench for Madrid derby

Gareth Bale is on the bench for the Madrid derby between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid tonight.

Gareth Bale has been named among the Real Madrid substitutes for their derby game against Atletico Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu.

The Wales international winger has been struggling with a thigh muscle injury of late, but could make his home debut for Carlo Ancelotti's side from the bench tonight.

Diego Lopez continues to start in goal for Real as Iker Casillas has recovered from his recent rib injury to take his place on the bench.
