Report: Cristiano Ronaldo to start against Sevilla in Super Cup

Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo will reportedly start for Los Blancos in Tuesday's European Super Cup tie against Spanish rivals Sevilla in Wales.

The Ballon d'Or winner has been struggling with tendinitis since the end of last season, with his minutes in pre-season harmed by the persistent knee problem.

However, Ronaldo has trained successfully over the last couple of days and will start in next week's showpiece event against the Europa League winners, according to AS.

New signings Toni Kroos and James Rodriguez are also both expected to feature for Madrid.
