Report: Real Madrid's Gareth Bale suffers injury setback

Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale has reportedly suffered a setback in his recovery from a calf complaint.

The 26-year-old has not played since the 5-1 win over Sporting Gijon on January 17 when he sustained the injury.

He had recently returned to training, but the Wales international is now facing more time on the sidelines, according to Marca.

While the length of his absence is not known, it is expected that Bale will miss the first leg of next week's Champions League tie away at Roma.
