Jose Mourinho misses press conference

Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho has missed his pre-match press conference ahead of Saturday's El Clasico.

The Portuguese boss, who is known for his controversial remarks, sent assistant coach Aitor Karanka to face the media instead.

Karanka did confirm that Madrid would play a 4-3-3 formation against the Spanish champions at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Los Blancos are currently three points ahead of Barca in the La Liga table with a game in hand.
