Paris Saint-Germain attacker Kylian Mbappe has reportedly emerged as an injury doubt for the second leg of his side's Champions League clash with Real Madrid.
The France international struck a sensational late winner in the first leg at the Parc des Princes last month to hand PSG a 1-0 advantage heading into Wednesday's clash at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Mbappe missed the Ligue 1 defeat to Nice at the weekend due to a domestic suspension, and the Real Madrid-linked forward was expected to come back in to lead the line in the Spanish capital.
However, RMC - via Get French Football News - reports that the former Monaco man suffered a foot injury during a training session and is now set for further assessment on the injury.
A video leaked on social media shows Idrissa Gueye accidentally stamping on the top of Mbappe's foot, with the attacker letting out a yelp before dropping to the ground, but he is not thought to have suffered any fractures.
With less than 72 hours to go before PSG face off against Real Madrid in the second leg, Mauricio Pochettino will be sweating over Mbappe's fitness before the journey to the Bernabeu.
Mbappe has registered 13 goals in his last 13 Champions League appearances for PSG and has directly contributed to 41 goals in 34 matches across all competitions this season - 24 strikes and 17 assists.
