Isco: Real Madrid "stood up to the challenge"

Real Madrid midfielder Isco says that they "stood up to the challenge" against Copenhagen in the Champions League.

Real Madrid midfielder Isco has claimed that they "stood up to the challenge" after beating Copenhagen 2-0 in the Champions League.

Goals from Luka Modric and Cristiano Ronaldo gave Los Blancos the win in Denmark, and the Spaniard stated that his side performed well in a difficult away fixture.

Isco told UEFA.com: "Every game is important. We're Real Madrid and are obliged to win in every stadium. The team stood up to the challenge."

Madrid are currently third in La Liga.
