Mikkel Andersen joins Randers on loan

A statement on Reading's official website has confirmed that Mikkel Anderson has joined Danish outfit Randers on a one-year loan deal.

The 24-year-old, who has also previously represented Portsmouth and Bristol Rovers, could reportedly make the move permanent at the end of the season.

"Mikkel Andersen has joined Danish top-flight team Randers on a year-long loan. The 24-year-old is back in his homeland now and trains with his new teammates for the first time today," read the statement.

"Everyone at the club would like to wish Mikkel good luck, and we will keep you updated with his progress here at the official website."

Andersen has a contract with the Royals until 2015.
