Kevin Bond remains coy on Nikica Jelavic rumours

Kevin Bond has refused to confirm whether Queens Park Rangers are interested in Everton striker Nikica Jelavic.

The Croatian, who scored twice against the Hoops in this afternoon's FA Cup third-round tie at Goodison Park, has been recently linked with a move to Loftus Road.

"If you read the papers, he would appear to be on our radar," the 56-year-old assistant told reporters.

"I can't say, but it would be fair to say that the manager is looking for some striking options."

Jelavic joined the Toffees from Rangers two years ago.
