Queens Park Rangers midfielder Joey Barton believes that Gary O'Neil will be a "great addition" to the club's squad this season.
O'Neil, who departed West Ham United on free transfer at the end of last season, signed a one-year deal with the Championship outfit on Monday.
"Welcome to the club @Gazoneil Another good lad and great addition to the squad," Barton tweeted.
O'Neil has previously played under R's boss Harry Redknapp at Portsmouth.
