Derry: 'Twitter more trouble than it's worth'

Queens Park Rangers midfielder Shaun Derry believes that Twitter is more trouble than it's worth for footballers.

Teammate Christopher Samba was at the heart of a row on the social media site following his performance in QPR's defeat to Fulham on Monday night.

Derry told the Daily Star: "I'm not a big believer in Twitter. I've been on it and can only go by how I felt when I'd had a bad game. The stick you get is unbelievable."

QPR face Wigan Athletic in a crunch relegation match in the Premier League later today.
