Preview: Queens Park Rangers vs. Leicester City

Sports Mole previews Queens Park Rangers' home Championship match against Leicester City.

A big clash at the top of the Championship sees league leaders Queens Park Rangers host Leicester City, who are just three points behind them in third.

QPR have lost just once in their last eight league games and despite some inconsistency their 2-0 win against Blackpool last weekend lifted them back to the top of the table.

Leicester, who were flying up until the start of December, have now taken just one point from a possible nine and will be looking to put the blip behind them as soon as possible.

Aside from Alejandro Faurlin, Harry Redknapp has no new injury concerns, while Nigel Pearson might consider freshening up his attack following their disappointing run.

Recent form

QPR: DWLWDW

Leicester: LWWLLD

Possible starting lineups

QPR: Green; Simpson, Dunne, Hill, Assou-Ekotto; Carroll, Barton; O'Neil, Jenas, Phillips; Austin

Leicester: Schmeichel; Wasilewski, Morgan, Miquel, Konchesky; Knockaert, Drinkwater, King, Dyer; Taylor-Fletcher, Nugent

Sports Mole says: 2-2
