Traore: 'QPR unfit for Premier League'

Queens Park Rangers defender Armand Traore believes that relegation is on the cards unless he and his teammates work on their fitness.

QPR went down 2-0 to West Ham United on Sunday in a defeat that leaves Harry Redknapp's side bottom of the table on four points.

Traore claims that Rangers' league position is a reflection on the team's relaxed training methods, and hopes that Redknapp uses the two-week international break to good effect.

"I think we don't work hard enough, if I'm honest. We need to use the two weeks of the international break to work on our fitness," he told the Daily Star.

"Every week I say the same things. If there's one thing we cannot lack, it's fitness. I don't think we lack desire.

"I think in certain areas we lack some fitness and sharpness. We need to work on this and on everything really."

Rangers have won just once all season on their return to the top flight.
