Chris Ramsey unsure of Queens Park Rangers future

Chris Ramsey says that he has not held discussions with owner Tony Fernandes over his long-term future as QPR manager just yet.

Queens Park Rangers boss Chris Ramsey has revealed that no decision has been made over his long-term future at Loftus Road yet.

Ramsey was appointed as manager until the end of the season in February when Harry Redknapp announced his resignation.

With Rangers 19th in the Premier League table and four points adrift of safety, relegation looms for the West Londoners and the 53-year-old says that he is only thinking about survival.

"When I took over we said we would probably make a decision later in the season and we have not come to that time yet," he told the Evening Standard.

"As far as I am concerned, I am not really thinking about that yet.

"We have got three or four weeks left [of the season] and I am sure I will find out soon enough what will happen. As far as I am concerned, we are just looking to get ourselves above that line."

QPR travel to Liverpool and Manchester City over the next 10 days in daunting back-to-back fixtures that could define their season.
