Queens Park Rangers midfielder Jermaine Jenas has revealed that he is working hard to regain full fitness.
The 29-year-old made his QPR debut last weekend when he came off the bench in their goalless draw with Norwich City.
"It was my first game since November, so it's been a while, but I'll be doing extra work in training throughout this week and trying to get myself to that level where the manager feels I am in a position to start," Jenas told the club's official website.
"I know what my body needs, and if it needs more to get my fitness levels up, then I'll do more."
Bottom-placed Queens Park Rangers are back in league action on Saturday when they travel to Swansea City.
