Mark Hughes: 'Rob Green has a future at Queens Park Rangers'

Hughes: 'Green has a future at QPR'

Queens Park Rangers boss Mark Hughes has insisted that Rob Green has a future with the club.

The 32-year-old goalkeeper joined the R's from West Ham United in the summer, but has since dropped out of the team following Julio Cesar's arrival at the club.

"Does Rob have a future here? Absolutely. I think Cesar has been exceptional. He acquitted himself really well again in the game against Reading last week. He saved a penalty and he's in my thinking for West Ham, certainly," Hughes told Sky Sports News.

QPR face West Ham in the Premier League on Monday.
