Hector Moreno seals PSV Eindhoven switch

Mexican international Hector Moreno signs a four-year deal with PSV Eindhoven.

PSV Eindhoven have signed Mexican international Hector Moreno from Espanyol on a four-year deal.

The 27-year-old has returned to the Netherlands, three years after leaving AZ to join the Catalan club.

However, Moreno is confident that he is joining a team that can match his ambitions.

Moreno told his new club's official website: "This is a good move. At PSV I can fight for the title and play in the Champions League. I was ready for a new challenge and PSV have provided that.

"My football and personality have grown during my time in Spain. I have played against some of the best players in the world. That is why I am a better player now than during my first spell in the Netherlands."

Moreno was part of the Mexico squad which was knocked out of the 2014 World Cup by the Netherlands.
