Marco Verratti signs new Paris Saint-Germain deal

The agent of Marco Verratti has claimed that the midfielder has signed a contract extension with Paris Saint-Germain.

The 20-year-old has recently been linked with a move to Napoli after talks over a new deal reportedly broke down between the Italian international and PSG.

However, Donato Di Campli tweeted: "The deal is reached with PSG. Marco Verratti will remain until 2018. The contract signing will occur after his return from the game in Gabon."

Verratti joined French champions PSG from Pescara last summer.
