Team News: Three changes for Paris Saint-Germain

Blaise Matuidi and Edinson Cavani both return for Paris Saint-Germain for their match against Lorient in Ligue 1.

There are also three changes for the visitors, who come into this match off the back of a 2-1 win over Caen at the weekend.
