Team News: David Luiz starts in Paris Saint-Germain midfield against Monaco

David Luiz has been handed the responsibility of playing in the Paris Saint-Germain midfield for the meeting with Monaco at the Stade Louis II.

The Brazilian joins Blaise Matuidi and Marco Verratti in the middle of the park, with Marquinhos partnering Thiago Silva in the centre of defence for the visitors.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic's suspension gives Edinson Cavani the chance to lead the attack with support from Javier Pastore and Ezequiel Lavezzi, while Adrien Rabiot is named on the bench.

Dimitar Berbatov drops to the Monaco bench following the midweek Champions League win over Arsenal, but there is a start for Yannick Ferreira-Carrasco.
