How Paris Saint-Germain could line up against Montpellier HSC

How PSG could line up against Montpellier

Paris Saint-Germain boss Mauricio Pochettino will have to cope without two suspended regulars for the trip to Montpellier HSC on Saturday in Ligue 1.

Neymar and Presnel Kimpembe have both been cautioned three times in the space of 10 matches and will sit out the trip to the Stade de la Mosson for the champions.

Julian Draxler and Leandro Paredes are confined to the infirmary, and it remains to be seen if Colin Dagba, Mauro Icardi and Abdou Diallo will make themselves available too.

Keylor Navas was given the nod in goal for the draw with Troyes but could now hand the gloves back over to Gianluigi Donnarumma, as Sergio Ramos deputises for Kimpembe in defence alongside Marquinhos.

Nuno Mendes was at fault for Troyes' first goal last week but will still hope to hold his place over Juan Bernat, as Achraf Hakimi continues on the opposite side of defence.

With Pochettino likely to revert to a 4-3-3 setup with Neymar now on the naughty step, Idrissa Gueye has a strong chance of returning to the midfield alongside Marco Verratti and Danilo Pereira.

Soon-to-be free agent Angel Di Maria can expect to hold his place in attack for Les Parisiens, joining compatriot Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe in the attacking trident.

PSG possible starting lineup: Donnarumma; Hakimi, Marquinhos, Ramos, Mendes; Pereira, Gueye, Verratti; Di Maria, Messi, Mbappe
